- Café Indochine

This is the Furama’s signature restaurant, an Asian-style brassiere recalling the nostalgia of the French colonial period with its rattan furniture, ceiling fans, French windows and old photographs and memorabilia on the walls. By day, it is a bright, cheerful place for light snacks, while at night it turns more romantic. Guests can savour a wide range of international and pan-Asian cuisines served by waitresses in traditional ao dai outfits. There is an exotic menu of Vietnamese, Chinese, Malay, Thai, Indian and Indonesian favourites prepared in the open show kitchens or over the barbecue. Capacity: 140-seat restaurant. - Don Cipriani’s

“Don Cipriani’s” our Italian restaurant, with a choice of air-conditioned comfort or poolside dining will create a truly luxurious Italian cuisine experience. Fresh local seafood of paramount significance in the restaurant, with local varieties of shellfish and other local seafood prepared in traditional northern Italian style will further enhance Furama Resort position as Vietnam’s premier beach resort. The stylish interior designed Trattoria, Don Cipriani’s serves the very best of Italian cuisine that Vietnam has on offer with traditional Italian cuisine with flare and with an intriguing slant taken using the very best of local and imported ingredients. - Ocean Terrace Restaurant

Overlooking the white sands of Da Nang beach, the Ocean Terrace restaurant is on a beautiful ocean front setting perfect for al fresco dining, and also has an open-air bar. It serves a variety of light snacks, refreshing drinks, cocktails and alcoholic treats. Capacity: The 80-seat restaurant. Open: from 6:30 am to 11:00 pm.

- Hai Van Lounge

Guests enjoy cocktails and light snacks in a very relaxed colonial setting decorated with cane chairs and carved Vietnamese furniture. Ocean Terrace Bar sets in a beautiful ocean front setting, overlooking the tranquil white powder sand of Da Nang beach. Just a short walk away from the ocean, this 60-seat casual restaurant provides a peaceful, poolside and ocean views for al fresco dining. Open: daily from 6:30am to 11:00pm.
