Itinerary

Departure at 9:00 - end at 1:30

 

9.00     Pick up at your hotel and transfer to Hanoi Cooking Center (HCC)

 

• Meet the chef. Collection can be arranged but extra charge will be made.

• Enjoy a special “La Han” Vietnamese welcome tea

 

9.40      Brief introduction to Vietnamese cuisine, highlighting the contents of tradition meal.

 

9.50     Take  a  short  walk  to  the  Chau  Long  Market         -  Enjoy  a  tour  of  the

market  highlighting  the  ‘wet’  /  unusual  fruits  /  livestock  /  silk  worms,

with the chef.

Lots of opportunities to take photos

10.20am           Back to cooking center and commence cooking class  with the chef

Take  home  printed  recipes  as  well  as  samples  of  some  local  fruit,

green bean cake, quail eggs,  etc.

12.30pm          On completion of the cooking class, enjoy the meal and a chance to

chat with the chef

Telax in the comfort of the dining area and enjoy a local beer or

wine or lemon juice

1.30pm            Finish Class

Receive going home gift and visit the cooking class shop with Vietnamese

Culinary tools, books, spices etc available for purchase
