Itinerary

For children as well as grown-up, a day to awaken the senses and learn while having fun!

Picked up at around 08:00-08:15 AM at the main lobby of your hotel by driver

Market visit from 8h30 to 9h40: our Vietnamese Chef will guide you through the colorful and vibrant Ben Thanh market. Here you will learn more about the ingredients, Vietnamese herbs and spices and start collecting vegetables for your lesson.

Feel free to ask any questions you want! At 9h40, the Chef will bring you back by Taxi (included) to our cooking class.

10 am to 1pm: you will use Vietnamese kitchenware to realize and enjoy a tasty 3 courses Vietnamese meal. To end on a sweet touch, we will take care to complete this meal with a delicious seasonal dessert. During the class you just concentrate on the pleasure of discovering and cooking, we'll give you all the detailed recipes at the end.

At the completion of the lesson, you will sit down and enjoy the fruits of your efforts. Each day different menus are prepared, so why not take another journey into the world of Vietnamese cuisine tomorrow!

Only small group: from 1 to 8 people.

Adult rate: $44      Kids rate: $40 (from 7-12 years old)

Especially we will adapt the menu to vegetarians or allergic people. Please, let us know your booking in advance, so we can accommodate for you.
